Description

The Hare, the Celtic symbol of fertility, and such a wonderful countryside animal, with daisy-style flowers, between wheat and field poppies, under a bright summer sun.  It is inspired by medieval painted glass panels, with a look of the Arts & Crafts movement.  This colourful piece of art sits in its oak stand and  it is 23 cms tall and 16cms wide.  The base has been oiled with Danish oil.  This is one of our range of hand drawn, hand lined and handpainted pieces on a leaded, hand-cut sheet of glass.  They are magnificent pieces of art work, each one prepared individually by hand and unique by its very nature.  It comes with a handmade wooden stand made specifically for each piece.
